When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 7–15 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier. Thanks to this unique business model, we save significantly on warehouse and shipping costs, allowing us to offer more competitive prices. Shipping costs are always on us.
The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?!
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. However, in rare cases, delays can occur during the shipping process.

Some products are missing from my order. How is that possible?
We work with multiple suppliers, so it's possible that products are shipped separately. If some items are missing, they will usually be delivered within 2–3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are completely free.
Please note: in some cases we offer products free for promotional purposes. In such cases, we charge €6.95 to cover shipping and handling costs.
Returns & Exchanges
I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is intact and unused. No reason is required.
