Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
In that case, you will receive a full refund of the order amount. The cost of returning the product from your address to the supplier is at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the supplier with all accessories provided and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

We will refund the amount owed within 14 days of registering the return, provided the product has already been received in good condition.
Exceptions to Returns
Products that meet one or more of the following criteria cannot be returned:
a. Sealed products: if the seal has been broken, they cannot be returned;
b. Products made to the consumer's specifications;
c. Clearly personalised products;
d. Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned;
e. Products that can deteriorate or expire quickly;
f. Products whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market beyond the entrepreneur's control;
g. Single newspapers and magazines;
h. Audio/video recordings and computer software whose seal has been opened.
