1. Eligibility You must be of legal age to use our services. By using our store, you confirm that you are of legal age and agree to provide accurate and complete information.

2. Products Product descriptions and images may vary slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions at any time without notice.

3. Orders All orders are subject to acceptance by Vozeva. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders cannot be cancelled after acceptance. Products are intended for personal and household use only.

4. Pricing All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping costs, and import duties, which will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery Products are shipped directly from our supplier. Average delivery times to Canada are 12–20 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon handoff.

6. Returns & Refunds You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is undamaged and unused. Please refer to our full Return Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this store is owned by Vozeva and may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Links Our store may contain links to third-party websites. Vozeva is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Vozeva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Canadian law.
