ARTICLE 1 β DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Ancillary contract: a contract under which the consumer acquires products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance contract and such goods, digital content and/or services are provided by the entrepreneur or a third party on the basis of an agreement between that third party and the entrepreneur;
Withdrawal period: the period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal;
Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a professional or business activity and who concludes a contract with the entrepreneur;
Day: calendar day;
Digital content: data produced and supplied in digital format;
Continuing performance contract: a contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the supply or purchase of which is spread over time;
Durable medium: any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction, including email;
Right of withdrawal: the ability of the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period;
Model form: the withdrawal form made available by the entrepreneur;
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or digital content and/or services remotely to consumers;
Distance contract: a contract concluded within an organised system for distance selling without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties;
Distance communication technique: a means that allows the conclusion of a contract without the simultaneous presence of the parties;
General terms and conditions: these general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.
